My husband and I can’t even begin to do Raqueal justice in words alone. We are a military family of 6, with 4 kids from 6-6 months, and got orders overseas. This is our second time working with a real estate agent, and I will forever recommend her to anyone who needs an agent, or even a home stager. She had an eye for things you never would have considered. We needed to get our home sold quickly, and I needed to take our kids and pets to my parents out of state to make this simpler. She got our home sold in just a couple weeks, was incredibly knowledgeable about what she does, and was on top of literally everything. If you had a question and she didn’t know the answer, (which was almost never) she went and found the answer for you within the day. She worked so hard for our little hive, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Even after our contract had closed, she was still helping us with stuff. Our AC had broken while we were on vacation, just days before we were suppose to return, and she got it taken care of and our AC was repaired the day we got back, despite the buyers agent not wanting to do anything on his clients behalf. She took the reins and got it done. I could go on for pages, but just know that if you need to buy, sell, or have a home staged, Raqueal will do right by you, and you will not regret her, not for an instant.

There is a certain dreaded expectation when you are selling a home, and a fair amount of fear that comes with it as well. Raquel takes all of the pressure, fear and intimidation away! She is so detail oriented and works in such a timely manner, not to mention by the time you’re done spending a month with this wonderful woman there’s no way you won’t have a new friend! Her heart is truly to care for others and you feel it through every reviewed document, every suggestion, every inspection note, and every thoughtful gift that she shows up with. All of her drawings to advertise the house were wonderfully detailed and beautifully colored. Her confidence was unparalleled in those surrounding her doing the same thing in the same market. We asked to sell our home at a certain price, and everyone turned their nose up at us except for her. And not only did she sell at a price that was $45,000 higher than what all of the other real estate agents suggested but also got us more perks at the closing table. To top it all off, she staged our house so beautifully and had it sold in 10 hours with all contract negotiations done in 12 hours!

Throughout the process every person in her family stepped in to help us out and make sure that all of the details were taken care of. It’s not just that you’re hiring Raquel, you’re hiring her circle, her contact’s, and her network that she is associated with.

Raqueal is absolutely phenomenal. Not only was this our first time selling a home but we were also trying to sell this home during the process of moving to Wyoming.
